About Our Vendors:
All interested participants submitted an application form and photos or links of their work through our website as well as a non-refundable $10 application fee during open call. Booth fees start at $75 for accepted vendors. We do not collect any percentage of our vendors’ sales and the vendor fees go directly back into the show. Those fees help us to cover the cost of the location as well as administrative costs, processing applications, website upkeep, etc. Participants are chosen according to the quality, innovation, and uniqueness of their work, as well as the overall variety of the Market itself.

What is Expected from HHM Sponsors?
We expect you to share the HHM event on through each of your own social media outlets.
We ask that you place some fliers at your check out or even drop some fliers into your shoppers’ bags during the weeks leading up to the event.
We'll even get you a sponsor flier to hang in your store window!
We also want to include your business in our giveaways on the day of the Market: everyone loves free stuff. Winning something gives folks a great reason to check out the show, so we ask you to please donate something for our show’s give away. It's really just another way to get your name out there; this could be store credit, merchandise, or even a service.
And of course we want to see your lovely face come by to visit + check out the event if you're able!
We will also have an information booth where all of our sponsors will have the opportunity to place fliers, coupons, or any promotional material that is approved by The Hip Handmade Market coordinator.
How much does it cost to be a sponsor?
The basic level sponsorship of The Hip Handmade Market is $50. Additional amounts offer more ways to be involved and featured. The funds we receive from sponsors go toward decorations, goods + services —everything needed to make this event one to remember.
Additionally you could provide The Hip Handmade Market with goods or services equal to $50 or above. Our vendors would love coffee to fuel them after all the late nights of prep. Or you could bring them lunch! You could sponsor part of our location rental, printing of our fliers, etc. We have plenty of ideas and are happy to make things work with your schedule and budget.
